All shop visits are by appointment only.

To avoid unnecessary wait times upon arrival, the customer is asked to call when on the way. If coming in from distant locals, the customer is requested to call approximately 20 to 30 minutes in advance of arrival.

If the appointment time needs to be changed, the customer should call at least one day ahead, and before or on the appointment day, at least one hour in advance if they anticipate arriving late for their appointment.
